Bling settled into her new home as soon as she walked off the float. To get to know each other Bling and Selena started off competing at a few local shows, in the Hack Ring and the Show-jumping Ring, always coming home with Ribbons.

Then after competing at a few Pony Club Qualifiers it was off to Black for the PCAQ Show-jumping and Jumping Equitation Championships where Bling took Selena safely around some very wet and challenging courses, finishing in the top 10 overall for their events.Selena was thrilled with how well they went.

Selena was over the moon when Bling and her came home with their first Rug at the Burpengary O.D.E, their first O.D.E together. Maryborough PCAQ State Dressage, Combined Training and Horse Trials was the next major event with Bling and Selena bringing home two treasured Horseland Rugs, one for Dressage, and one for Combined Training and a Bronze Medallion for the Eventing!

Bling and Selena have become very close and are having fun at every competition, while at the same time Selena's riding level has improved greatly. Bling has been a dream come true for Selena.
